The ‘Anything Could Happen’ hitmaker is a massive fan of the MTV reality show and was eager to join the cast after a night out in the toon.
Geordie star Vicky Pattinson revealed to The Sun that her wish had come true.
She said: “Ellie was doing a show at the Metro arena and she came to the same club we were in afterwards and made a beeline for us.”

“She wasted no time telling us what a massive fan she is and went into depth talking about storylines and everything.”
“So in the end we gave her a cameo. She was a lovely girl, and it was great to meet her and have her involved with the show.”
Ellie has stressed to The Sun that she loves the drama-filled show and finds it ”fascinating” and even records episodes when she is away touring.
The 25-year-old said: ”I’m obsessed with it. They just live to party, go and get tans, go to the gym and go out drinking, but I love it.
”I think my friends think I’m a bit weird. It’s fascinating.”
Ellie is not the only new cast member in the Geordie Shore. To replace Jay and Rebecca, Dan and Scott are the new boys in the block and are beefed up and ready for action.
Scott boasts: “Gary says he has a degree in pulling women; well I’ve got a PHD. He’s got competition for the birds with us single lads coming in this series.”
Series four promises us more fun-filled drama as the Geordie Shore veterans Charlotte, Gaz, Holly, James, Ricci, Sophie and Vicky all have to adapt to live in the house with newbies Dan and Scott.
