Verity BowmanWe all saw the Facebook event saying Drake was going to an afterparty at Club Republic. Obviously, we were also all pretty skeptical about the likelihood Drake was going to turn up at a place we’ve been trying to avoid since freshers.
This is probably even less shocking that seeing that the Paternoster is broken down yet again.
It wasn’t too surprising to see that Drake was definitely not gracing us with his presence, but it was kind of worse to find out that he’d spent his evening in the Co-op in Walsall instead. There are a lot of places better than Republic, but is the Co-op really one?
Like seriously??
Drake can’t even be blamed for wanting to avoid Republic, but next time he should at least pop into the one on Clarendon Park Road.
