Which is better, the North or South?

The North/South divide is a serious issue in the midlands. Clearly the north, with its cheaper prices, questionable food tastes and interesting weather is superior to the South, but for some strange reason not everyone agrees.

A lot of Londoners who clearly have never been to the North say Leicester is too far up the M1

At 3-5, it seems that London and the warmer weather are big factors in determining which side of the country is better. We’re split over the accents though.
