Everything you need to know about Sussex Pride

The month of February marks LGBTQ+ History month, and what a better way to top off this month's celebrations than joining the first ever Sussex University Pride.

The day of events, which includes a Pride Parade that promises to be full of colour and creativity, will take place on the on Wednesday February 28, with celebrations happening from 2pm-11pm

Come along to Falmer House from 2pm to get pride-ready. Then begin the parade around campus at 3pm to celebrate Sussex's diverse campus and students.

After the parade, you can head to Room 76 to see some live music, and if that's not enough, you can get ready to party the night away at East Slope until late.

To ensure the events run as smoothly as possible, the Sussex LGBTQ+ Society are registering interest for the parade. So if your sports team, society, flat-mates, course-mates or department want to get involved, fill out this google form to register interest:
