Lancaster University rank 14th for employability in UK table

The university ranked in the top 20 of 4 tables


Lancaster University has received a ranking of 14th place in the Student Crowd 2022 table for best job prospects.

The ranking shows that 97 per cent of graduates end up working or in further education within six months of graduation with an overall rating of 3.8/5.

The table makes reference to the university’s CareerAhead service which aims to help students become “more confident in their abilities” and equip them with vital skills to further careers.

Lancaster follows Loughborough University in 13th place, which has an overall rating of 4.23/5.

In the top spot on the table is the University of East Anglia, with Student Crowd stating it has “fantastic graduate outcomes”.

The ranking is made from an evaluation of nearly 16,000 student reviews between June 2020 and May 2022, covering 10 different aspects of student life.

Lancaster also ranked in the top 20 of some of Student Crowd’s other tables: 16th in campus and facilities, 8th in wifi and internet, and 5th for value for money.
