Reuben NashDespite going missing from Southmead Hospital on April the 13th without her mobile or any cash, Anna Lewis has turned up safely in Devon.

Her family have been informed of her whereabouts and the police would like to thank the public and the media for sharing their appeals over the past few weeks.
