Fuzzy Ducks is back after successful petition

One last chance to make regrettable decisions on a Wednesday night

A recent Facebook petition has reached its 250 attendee goal for one last Fuzzy ducks night to be held on the 25th of May.

The Facebook event, co-hosted by Emily Jones and Ben Croucher, was set up only yesterday and has already reached over 250 people saying they will go, with a further 1000 invited.

The final night was meant to be on the 18th of May, but due to the exam season it is expected that it will be a reduced turnout.

Something to look forward to after exams.

The description of the event reads: “So it has been brought to the attention that many people are craving a last Fuzzies on the 25th May as a result of too many exams and a lack of fuzz opportunity.

“This ‘petition’ if you can call it that requires 250 people to click attend for it to be able to go ahead. So equine science, real estate, engineering, biology, whatever course you are on and finishing on the 20th May, click attend!”

Speaking to The Tab, Emily said: “There were so many courses that were going to miss out on the opportunity to enjoy a last Fuzz. As the EGB got cancelled as well as the hellish episode that surrounded certain MayDay events, I thought it was a nice way to end the year on a high, altogether!”

Fuzzy ducks is famous as one of the largest student night in Oxford, and for its wild and loose atmosphere.

While the event is currently private, invitations are open for all those invited.
