James Milner spotted being boring at Paramount

Manchester City players Joe Hart and James Milner were spotted in Paramount on Monday night.

The two were apparently up north playing golf, hours after England’s win over Estonia.

But the two didn’t play up to the raucous footballer stereotype.

One onlooker said: “They were very well behaved. Only one of them was drinking.

“They were really nice, chatty, willing to take photos with everyone.

“They were obviously just out to have a good social time.”

Staff at Paramount said: “It was an ad-hoc kind of thing. They just turned up, didn’t call ahead.”

But the dandruff-free pair were obviously concerned about the public’s perception of them. One fan said:”They were denying photos of people swearing – didn’t want anything to tarnish their reputation.

“They were in a quieter corner of Paramount and then moved onto Nox. It was all cordoned off.

“They were really really friendly though.”

And the boys were so quiet the girls didn’t even notice them there. Third-year Iona Paterson said: “I had never heard or them before and wouldn’t have recognised them. The girls literally didn’t have a bother over them.

“It’s very disappointing from footballers.”
