AnonPolice have confirmed that a body has been found near the Itchen Bridge in Southampton today.
Earlier today police and ambulance services were both alerted about the presence of a male body near the Itchen Bridge in Southampton.
South Central Ambulance Service were called to the location, at Floating Bridge Road, responding to reports of a person falling from a height.
Police were called to the scene at 3:15pm today, a spokesman told the Daily Echo:
His death is not being treated as suspicious and he has not yet been identified. An investigation at the scene is ongoing.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and an hazardous area response team where also present.
