BREAKING: Samira and Frankie have been reunited at Gatwick

I’m not crying, YOU’RE CRYING!!!

In one of the most biggest plot twists of this season, Samira Mighty announced her shock departure from Love Island.

It was after Frankie, the man she was coupled up with, was dumped from the villa a few days ago.

Samira was left heartbroken and decided to reunite with him on the outside.

And this was the moment when Frankie waited for her at Gatwick airport and they reunited. It's the cutest thing you will see all day:

AND THERE'S A VIDEO. Honestly, if you didn't cry at this reunion, you're broken inside.

The Sun revealed the couple 'did bits' during a secret night in the hideaway that was never aired. Describing their night together a "big thing", Frankie, 22, said: "Everyone was cheering us into the hideaway, everyone was happy for us. But yeah it didn’t get shown for one reason or another."

Fans have been criticising Love Island producers for missing this out of the show and although Love Island bosses have insisted "the show is not fixed", some people think the producers had something against Samira and Frankie from the start.

Our Dreamgirl Samira has said her goodbyes to the villa, to follow her heart following Frankie's dumping from the Island.

Samira initially shared her thoughts with Dani, saying: “We’ve been here from the start and I finally got what I wanted and now I feel like I’m back at square one but worst. It’s unfinished business."

After sleeping on the decision, Samira finally made up her mind. She told Ellie, Dani, and Megan the news: “So my lovely beautiful girls, you guys know that I’ve had a really tough couple of days here recently and I’ve been umming and ahhing about leaving. I’ve not had any connection in here with anyone and I had a little taste of that with Frankie and it’s gone abruptly and I think I’d always be thinking ‘What if.’ I woke up this morning and I thought, it’s my time to go… I have to do this for me, I’ve never felt so strong.”

Although the girls were upset, they were supportive of her decision. Megan said: “You seem happier already having made your mind up. You seem like the old Samira back again.”

Discussing her choice to leave, Samira explained: “This decision is so, so hard. I’m devastated by it. But I think that it is the right thing to do. Just follow my heart because I’ve never done that before I’ve always taken the back seat and now I need to go for it head on and leave and just go for Frankie… I’ve got to go with my gut feeling. And I’m not saying I’m in love with Frankie or we’re going to get married tomorrow but I don’t want to waste any time, I just want to see him and I know this is the right thing to do. This opportunity was amazing and I take it with a full heart and full love.”

Samira was such a huge part of the villa, and her bezzies were really affected by her exit. Dani said: “Samira looked after me. I’m glad she’s going to find her happiness but she was a part of my happiness… We came in Love Island to find love and Samira found someone and it was taken away from her and she wants to carry that on and I respect her for that.”

Breaking the news to the other Islanders, Samira said: “So, these past couple of days I haven’t been myself and I’ve struggled to be happy in here and have fun and I had a taste of what I’ve wanted and it’s gone. I’ve really tried and been tossing and turning about what I’m going to do. I think the best thing for me to get closure on the Frankie situation and for me to be happy is to go today. I’m really sad but it’s a good thing. I’m really happy that I’m doing this and I feel really strong. I love all of you so much. You are all so amazing.”

After some emotional goodbyes, Samira left the villa in style to a huge round of applause. Be sure to tune in tonight at 9pm on ITV2 to see Samira's departure.
