Jaspreet LehilPlans for 13 new studio apartments designed for students have finally been approved by Coventry City Council after numerous refusals.
The building is set to be two storeys, with associated parking. It is located on Berry Street in Hillfields, just a short walk from Kasbah.
It is set to be the latest of many new and ongoing student accommodation projects across the city, like the conversion of an old Coventry hospital which will now be turned into halls, also near Kasbah.
The planning application says: 'The development proposed will be attractive and blend in with existing properties in terms of both use and design.'
As the new plans for the proposed buildings are so close to Kazzy B, you will now be able to walk to the sesh and walk home with your half eaten kebab before it gets cold.
