Review: From vegan pizzas to beef briskets, the newly refurbed Oxford Blue has something for everyone
This is food porn at its FINEST
We were invited down to The Oxford Blue for a meal to review their menu, and this may be our new favourite restaurant.
With all of their deals, including Monday two for one pizzas, free desserts on a Tuesday with a meal, live music on a Friday and the classic, Sunday roast. Who can complain?
Located on Marston Road, between Cowley Road and Iffley Road, we can't even use the excuse of "it's too far away".
On our visit, we tried Tear & Share Garlic Bread and Bruschetta with Tomato, Red Onion & Basil for our starters. Then we had prawn Thai red curry, Marin Pizza, soft tacos and pulled brisket lasagne for our mains.
For desserts we had sticky toffee pudding, chocolate & coconut tart and a chocolate brownie. If the sound of all that food doesn't make your mouth water, I don't know what will.
The Oxford Blue even offers a takeaway service, so for those days when deadlines are hitting hard and you just need some wholesome, good food, this is the place to order from.
Also, with a selection of board games available, you can be there for hours.

Who doesn't love an aggressive game of Monopoly?
