University and local News in and around Durham, politics, student activism, opinion content, student voice, sustainability and environmental issues
Charlotte began writing for The Durham Tab in August 2025. She supported her local MP at monthly surgeries and wrote a press release that led to a significant donation from a local supporter. She is also an active volunteer supporting SEND children. Charlotte has hosted a workshop on gender-based violence with Durham Halo too.
After completing her A-Levels in English Literature, History and Politics, Charlotte began studying at Durham University, enrolling in a Combined Honours course. She is a second year student who also runs the Castle Fem Soc, and is the president of Durham's only sustainable fashion show, Trashion.
