Despite it looking like they’re only on the show for fame, it turns out the MAFS Australia 2025 cast were bringing home pretty decent wages in their jobs before. Money maybe isn’t the motive!

The cast have had many attempts at getting famous aside from MAFS, from being on other reality TV shows to trying to crack the big screen. But, in their humble day jobs they’re actually making bank.

Here are the estimated wages of the MAFS 2025 cast members – based on the job titles they had before the show, and stats about how much these roles earn in Australia.

Beth – $65k

Beth is from the UK, but has moved to Queensland. Her job there is a salon manager. According to Indeed, the average salary for a salon manager in Australia is around $65k per year.

Awhina – $70k

Prior to the experiment, Awhina was working as an aged care worker. The average annual salary for this role in Australia is around $65k to $70k . Hourly rates typically range from $23 to $32.

Rhi – $85k

Rhi was working as an account manager pre-MAFS, with an average wage of $85k. However, she also works as a fitness blogger, which could be making her some extra cash.

Jamie – $85k

Just like her pal Rhi, Jamie was also working as an account manager before she joined MAFS Australia.

Lauren – $87k

Lauren owns her own business, so it’s difficult to accurately estimate her salary. It will most likely be hugely based on how successful her brand is. However, data suggests the average business owner in Aus right now is paying themselves a wage of around $87k.

Ahead of packing up and moving into the MAFS apartments, Veronica had a job as a personal trainer. She also worked as an actor, which I’m not at all surprised by. It’s estimated this could be earning her around $90k a year.

Jeff – $94k

According to Glassdoor, Jeff is making a decent wage as an electrician. The average salary for an electrician in Australia is around $94k per year, or $48.27 per hour.

Dave – $102k

Dave was a builder before MAFS. Talent.com states that in 2025, builders in Aus are making on average $102k per year.

Teejay – $105k

Teejay is a business development manager. The average salary for this in Australia is around $105k per year. This figure can range from $95k to $115k annually.

Jacqui – $110k

Jacqui reeled off a million jobs when she joined the show. She’s a business owner, lawyer, and basically any other job you want – she has claimed she can do. Her official MAFS profile however, lists her as a “consultant”. The average consultant salary in Australia typically falls within the range of $90k to $110k per year.

Paul – $115k

Ahead of the show, Paul was working as a wellness advisor. Pretty ironic when you think of him punching walls when he gets angry. It’s since been revealed he quit this job after the controversy on the show, but when he was in the role it had an average salary of $115k per year.

Carina – $120k

As well as having her family business, Carina’s main job is as a digital marketing manager. Glassdoor estimates this will be bringing her home $120k per year.

Clint – $150k

Clint has two jobs, so can count himself as in the money. He works as a business owner and pro golfer, two roles that have a combined salary of an estimated $150k.

Ryan – $160k

Warrior Ryan was working as a project manager before MAFS. The average salary for this is $160k…. more than what Jacqui is estimated to be earning. Maybe she should take all of her comments back!
