Radio 1 are coming to Sussex University tomorrow and here’s what is happening
There will be a chance to pick up some freebies
A few days ago, URF announced on Facebook that Radio 1 will be coming to campus this Saturday. The visit is part of their #R1Freshers tour. From freebies to a "behind the scenes" workshop, here's what you can expect on the day.
The Radio 1 tour bus shall be situated right outside Falmer Bar from 9am-4pm; the bus promises lots of free goodies as well as an opportunity to win tickets to Radio 1's Big Weekend 2019. On top of this, you'll also get to meet some of the Radio 1 family.
As if it couldn't get any better, Radio 1's beloved Alice Levine and Dev will be hosting a workshop, which will go "behind the scenes" of all things radio. However, spaces for the workshop are limited, so in order to avoid disappointment, book your ticket here.
But don't worry, if you miss tomorrow's events, or are just too hungover to leave your room, you can tune in to Radio 1's exclusive broadcast with URF. Honestly, try naming a more iconic duo.
