Mermaids releases new Unlimited Ticket

And the stand is giving one away!

Mermaids will begin selling their new Unlimited Ticket tomorrow (Monday, February 13th).  The ticket, which costs £20, gains the ticketholder free entry to any Mermaids-funded show in The Barron or Union until Spring Break begins on March 26th.

According to Mermaids President, Charlotte Baker, the ticket was inspired by the success of the multiple-ticket deal Mermaids did for the Freshers’ Plays last semester. “We realised how expensive it was to go and see all the shows that Mermaids put up in a semester and we wanted to work out a way to make it a bit easier on the bank balance and encourage people to come and see as much as they could,” said Baker. 

If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to feed that drama-addiction, this is it.  Tickets to most Mermaids shows run generally between £5 and £8, so with almost ten different productions going up in the next month and a half, there is potential to save a lot of money. If you’re looking to save even more money, the stand will be giving away a free Mermaids Unlimited Ticket to one lucky reader in the next week – keep your eyes peeled!
