Kelsey FitzgeraldIndependent brewery BrewDog is offering a free pint of Punk IPA to people who vote this Thursday. The freebie is aimed at urging people to use their voices on Thursday’s elections.
BrewDog founder James Watt said ‘Whatever your views, whatever your status, every vote was created equal. An election is a key moment for those that feel marginalized or under represented to stand up and be counted; so we want to encourage and reward those making their voices heard on the 8th of June.’
To claim your free Punk IPA, take a picture of yourself outside the polling station and show it to bar staff at any BrewDog bar. The offer extends to Friday 9th of June, so you can celebrate or commiserate the results.
