Royal Holloway is now one of the top 20 best universities in the UK

Sunday Times University League Table is out and we’re killing it

According to The Sunday Times Good Univeristy Guide 2020, Royal Holloway is the 19th best university in the UK. This means RHUL has gone up five places as it stood at 24th last year.

Its performance rankings as published by the Sunday Times show that our Teaching Quality has gone up and now stands at 81.3%, our Student Experience has increased to 80.6% and our number of Firsts and 2:1s has increased to 82.6%.

The National Student Survey saw us move up 20 places for satisfaction with teaching quality and 45 places for satisfaction with the broader student experience.

RHUL has been shortlisted for the Sunday Times University of the Year award due to how well we've done in the last year, including that we now place in the top 25 for completion.

The Complete University Guide now places Royal Holloway at joint 23rd with Surrey in their league tables, meaning we have risen five spaces and Surrey has fallen 4. They have also published our Student Satisfaction as 4.02/5 , our Graduate Prospects as 73.5% and our number of Good Honours at 82.6%.

All of this is good news for Royal Holloway as we continue to better ourselves and rise up in the world.

Let's hope that next year we rise another 5 places and kick Bristol out of that 15th spot.
