UoL’s historic guild will be relocating on December 14th, and they’re throwing a party to celebrate.

LGOS are hosting one last party at the guild on Saturday, December 8th to celebrate 123 years of the guild.

The ‘I Was There’ party, advertised as “a Kaleidoscope of all that is best of the Guild,” will be the last chance to relish in our slightly shabby, but utterly adorable, union.

With cheap drinks, themed cocktails and music from across the decades, the night is not to be missed.

The guild relocates on December 14th

Our beloved guild will temporarily move to No.3 and 5 Abercromby Square whilst £10 million is spent on a much needed refurbishment.

The work has already started, although the guild as we know it will be moving on December 14th.

A licensed bar and café, along with the guild reception, will be relocating to Abercromby Square.  The Saro Wiwa will be remaining open.

Plans for the new guild

Tickets for this unmissable party are now on sale from the Guild.

£3 in advance, £5 on the door.  Society members may be able to gain additional discounts.
