I Saw My Lecturer Jogging

Yesterday, I saw you

From a birds-eye back row view

Tell us about two plus two*

Now you pass me, is it you?

Aged and somehow younger too,

Incongruous in football blue.

Next day

Not a word you say

Makes it to my brain.

Instead in mind’s eye

Puffing by

Is Casey jr,

Dumbo’s train.
