Rescue teams search river for man after two fall in
They have only found one of the men
The TabPolice and rescue teams were called to the river last night when two men fell in.
But while they managed to save one man the second is yet to be found.
Three fire engines, three ambulances and more police cars were called to the scene near the pump rooms.
The incident occurred around 10pm. Passersby said there had been men shouting and fighting in the park beforehand. They weren’t shouting in English.
It’s unsure whether the men were drunk or not.
The police inflated dinghies and rafts to continue the search for the second man after pulling out the first.
