Brian Taylor’s Big Debate hits St Andrews

Brian Taylor hosts BBC Radio debate in Lower College Hall on Friday, 2nd May.


This Friday 2nd May, ‘Brian Taylor’s Big Debate’ comes to Lower College Hall, St Andrews. BBC Scotland’s version of ‘Question Time’, the ‘Big Debate’, broadcasts from a number of different locations across Scotland every Friday lunchtime on BBC Radio Scotland.

The programme aims to present a panel of speakers from arts, science and politics with lively and pertinent questions about the week’s news. The ‘Big Debate’ hopes to stimulate discussion and debate amongst, both the panel in the studio, and its listeners.

With a number of controversial topics, including the upcoming European elections and the Scottish Referendum, the event is set to host an exciting and heated discussion.

The questions that will appear in the live broadcast are chosen on Friday morning, and the audience will be expected to ask their own questions.
