The Tab previously informed you when Kevin Davis-Walton, a resident from York Close, had been reported missing for 15 days. We can now report that he has been found safe and well.
The local man was spotted by his friend, Andrew Hall, in the city centre last night. Hall found his friend near the Bargate at around 6:30pm on October 12th.
Mr Hall from Shirley said to the Daily Echo
I was in town and saw him and I said to him “the police have been looking for you and everyone has been worried about you”. “I rang 101 and stayed with him until the police arrived. I was surprised he had gone missing because he enjoys his job as a chef at the university.
A police spokesman confirmed that Mr Davis-Walton had been found safe and well.
