DMU gatecrashes tonight’s bar crawl
Watch out – the poly are coming
Unable to come up with their own nights out, DMU have decided to invade Leicester Uni’s fresher bar crawl.
Tonight, Leicester’s freshers are paying £9 to take part in one of the biggest and most anticipated nights in freshers fortnight, only for DMU to try and ruin the fun.
With most students drinking in every bar, mixing with a hoard of, what are widely considered inferior, DMU students at Republic should make for an extremely interesting night.
The bar crawl, dubbed as ‘legendary’ on the facebook event, starts in the Loaded Dog, sponsor of several Leicester Uni clubs, before winding its way round the town to Club Republic.
The halls of Leicester are separated by timings, with John Foster expected to be able to hold their drink over an hour longer than Beaumont and Digby, to try and spread out the drunken carnage.
Fortunately for most Leicester students participating tonight though, they will probably be too incapacitated to even remember the rude intrusion of DMU.
