Missing Sheffield Hallam student found dead in Leeds woods
Police do not consider his death to be suspicious
Sheffield Hallam student, John Paul Awi, had been missing from his home in Leeds since the morning of Saturday 25th August. He was due to attend a summer job in Meanwood but never turned up for work.
A statement issued by West Yorkshire Police said: "The body was found shortly before 3pm on [Thursday] 30 August in woods off Stanks Drive by officers conducting a search of the area".
Awi's body was found five days after he was reported missing.

The discovery was made by officers searching for Awi and his family have been informed.
The police have also stated these are not believed to be suspicious circumstances.
Sheffield Hallam University are offering support to any student who has been affected by reports of Awi's missing status and the body found off Stanks Drive.
