Phantom flasher charged with exposing himself on campus

Thank God you were in the library all day

An elderly exhibitionist has appeared in court for indecently exposing himself in front of girls on Exeter campus.

59-year-old Jerzy Chelminiak was arrested in November on suspicion of terrorising girls by randomly revealing himself to them as they innocently walked to their lectures.

And you thought your lecturer was an unwelcome sight

He allegedly returned to campus on two separate occasions to parade his privates around in front of a series of unfortunate females.

He has denied all of the flashing charges and asked for his case to be taken in front of a judge and jury at Exeter court.

Chelminiak has been granted temporary bail until he will be seen (fully clothed) by a court in January.
