  • Nicola is the Editor-in-Chief of The Exeter Tab for 2025/26. She oversees the team, writes and edits everything from breaking news to witty features, helps run the social media, and manages day-to-day operations
  • Nicola is a curious and creative writer with an interest in understanding the world around her. She strives to produce engaging stories that both entertain and shine light on important issues, while continuing to grow her career in journalism
  • In her free time, Nicola enjoys socialising, spending far too much of her student loan in cafes, and expressing her creativity through painting, music, photography, and reading

Experience

Nicola joined The Tab in 2023 as a first year BA English and Drama student. In her second year, she took on the role of Features Editor, and as she goes into her third year, she has achieved her role as Editor-in-Chief.

Education

Nicola studied at Esher Sixth Form College, with expertise in English Literature & Language, Sociology, and Drama & Theatre. She is currently going into her third, and final, year at the University of Exeter (and will miss it dearly).
