Teenage girl allegedly raped at Dawlish Warren Beach

Police officers on the look-out for 4 men.

Police are hunting for 4 men after a teenage girl was allegedly raped by one of them. 

 

The sexual assault took place on Tuesday, the 20th March between the hours of 1pm and 2pm, near the bird sanctuary 

The beach, situated in Devon, is a popular destination for students as it is only 15miles away from the University.

Officers want to speak to or identify four men who were in the area at the time of the alleged assault.

The Express and Echo described the four men as follows:

‘The first man is described as about 5ft 8in, of broad build with greyish stubble and dark receding hair. He was aged 40-50 with an Irish accent.

 

The second was slightly tanned with thick, dark hair and is described as “really tall and skinny” and in his mid-20s. His left ear was pierced.

 

The third was slightly tanned with a short, heavy build. He had short, white hair and was aged about 50, with his left ear pierced.

 

The fourth was aged about 30, of average height and build with short, light brown hair. All four wore black clothes and big heavy boots.’
