October is almost over, so here’s a round up of your stunning Autumnal Edi pics
We might be crying on the pitch-black walk home, but at least the trees look pretty
Autumn is both the best and worst time of the year.
On the one hand, Edinburgh becomes extremely cosy and aesthetic, with the medieval streets of Old Town designed for the Autumn gloom. It honestly doesn’t get more aesthetic than walking under the orange and yellow trees of The Meadows, Uplands Roast hot chocolate in hand.
On the flipside, the end of October marks midterm season, horrible weather, and the sun starting to set in the afternoon. It’s a depressing time.
However, it’s good to focus on the positives, which is why we asked you over on Instagram to send in your autumnal Edi pics.
They’re all absolutely stunning, and almost make the torrential rain and howling wind worth it:
This makes me want to go foraging
George Square Gardens looking lush
A literal postcard
Who wants to come jump in those leaves with me?
Grey skies have never looked so good
Did someone say golden hour?
Dark academia at its finest
Isn’t nature amazing
A leafy wonderland
Look at those colours
This could be a painting
Okay, where can I get one?
The view almost makes the Camera Obscura entrance fee worth it
