Birmingham jumps 25 places in the Times World Rankings 2019

We’re in the top 120 unis in the world


This years university rankings are out and its all smiles on Birmingham campus.

Birmingham has jumped an impressive 20 spots this year, making it into the top 120 universities in the world!

Cause for celebration? I think so.

Oxford continues to sit tight in prime position in the definitive global listing for the third year in a row. The first class uni also takes home the gold medal when it comes to research, volume, reputation and income.

Following closely behind, Cambridge retains second position for a second year and claims global second in research.

Imperial College London has jumped one place, making it into the top ten universities in the world. UCL now ranks an impressive 14th on the list, and Edinburgh remains proudly within the top 30.
