Calling all Fitness Freaks- Bodypower Expo is coming to Brum’s NEC this weekend and Torin Pocock is excited.
Torin PocockThis weekend sees the biggest names in fitness and nutrition descend on the NEC. From 17th-19th of May, Birmingham hosts the Body Power Expo, the largest and most popular fitness exposition in the UK.
It’s protein delivery day. A lot of people spend £30 on sticky snakebite and taxis, but for me this is far more satisfying than the Joker style snake bite smile.

If you, like me, are the kind of person who would rather spend that £30 on protein at the end of each month, you’re probably going to know some of these faces too…

The Tab have managed to get our hands on some behind the scenes passes, hopefully giving us access to the people to whom I (and I’m sure others) have so often owed that extra gym motivation.
The Expo isn’t all about the big bodybuilders, however. As well as Phil Heath and Jay Cutler, there’s a chance to talk to some of the greatest fitness models of our time such as Jeff Seid and Rob Riches. Representing MMA will be World’s Strongest Man pin up Mariusz Pudzianowski, not joining his old sparring partner Mark Felix or WSM champion Zydunas Savickas on the strongman stage.
