Uni runs out of hard bindings for dissertations

How can a uni run out of bindings during diss times?

If you’ve been toiling over your dissertation for the last few months gleefully looking forward to getting a lovely hard-bound copy of it, you may have to wait a little longer as the university runs out of hard bindings for dissertations.

Just as the last few dissertations are being handed in, the university has run out of hard bindings for the next three weeks.

This means that if you want your dissertation hard bound but don’t want to wait for the university to get the hard bindings back in stock again, you’ll have to go to Inkwells in town instead.

Soft binding is still available.

Third year Interpol student Katharina said: “I personally am glad that I only have to hand in a copy through Turnitin. but it’s still annoying.

“How can a uni run out of binding, surely they know how many students they have? Besides, it is hard for those students who have to resort to lower quality binding now. Thank god there are options in town.”

Aberystwyth University have been contacted for a response.
