These are the wildest transformations from the cast of Love Island: All Stars

Every series we get blown away by the transformations of Love Island cast members, and the All Stars Islanders have had two chances to completely change their looks.

Not only have the All Stars cast had huge vibe shifts from before the villa to when they were first on the show, they’ve then gone full influencer-style glam in the time between their two appearances. So, in short, they’ve all changed loads. Some of the Islanders have been open about having surgery in the past, and others have just grown up loads since we last saw them.

Here is a rundown of the biggest transformations from the cast of Love Island: All Stars.

Molly Smith

From before she was ever on Love Island, to when she was first in the villa and then now, Molly Smith has had an incredible transformation. Over the years she has completely changed her look on multiple occasions.

As well as changing her entire hair and makeup vibe, Molly has recently posted on Instagram to say she had veeners done just before Love Island: All Stars. She’s also had a boob job in the past.

Hannah Elizabeth

Hannah has had one of the biggest transformations of them all over the years, and is believed to have spent around £32k on cosmetic surgery before the Love Island: All Stars villa.

As she entered the Love Island 2015 villa, Hannah said she’d had her boobs done, and some filler. In 2022 she revealed more surgery she’d had, in Turkey. She had extensive work done to her face, including a fox eye lift which she said left her feeling “like a Bratz doll”.

After welcoming her son Reggie, Hannah had another boob job, and in 2023 had a nose job. She’s also had a couple of Brazilian bum lifts, or BBLs, done – including one at the end of 2023.

Anton Danyluk

Anton has changed considerably since appearing on Love Island the first time around, in 2019. He’s got really into the gym and fitness, and is now a bodybuilder. It’s only right Anton is one of the All Stars with a huge post Love Island transformation, as he now markets himself as an “online transformation specialist”.

He’s claimed his new look is all natural, down to exercise and diet, and nothing to do with surgery or cosmetic work. Anton has been hounded with accusations he’s had work done to his face, following him posting pictures on Instagram now, where he looks pretty different.

Georgia Steel

As soon as Georgia Steel entered the All Stars villa, everyone noticed she’s had a huge transformation since first being on Love Island. Georgia was one of the youngest cast members of Love Island 2018, just 20 when she was first on the show. She’s 25 now.

After the 2018 villa, it’s been reported Georgia has had some cosmetic work done. In 2020 it was said she had a face-tightening procedure, which uses lasers to create a “dermal wound” to encourage collagen production and tighten the skin. Posting on Instagram, Georgia called the treatment “super-gentle and natural”.

It’s also been rumoured she might have had a nose job and some fillers ahead of Love Island Games, but this was never confirmed.

Tom Clare

In photos posted to Instagram, Tom looks so different. He’s pictured with his sister, looking much less stacked than he is now, and his baby face without a beard is virtually unrecognisable. The haircut is something else, too. In a video posted to TikTok whilst he was on the show in 2023, people have been questioning if he might have had cheek fillers in the past.

Georgia Harrison

Georgia Harrison looks totally different in pictures on her Instagram from her TOWIE days. Her face has changed loads given that she used to be big on the old trend for super-thin eyebrows and heavy and dark eye makeup. Her lips also look a lot thinner in old pictures. Georgia has confirmed she’s had lip filler and a boob job in the past.

Josh Ritchie

Josh Ritchie looked so young when he was in the Love Island series one villa, so it’s no surprise he’s changed a lot since then. It was literally nine years ago!

Arabella Chi

Of course, Arabella has always looked like a supermodel. The main change in her face has been her lips, and Arabella has previously spoken about getting lip fillers, and getting some filler dissolved, too. In 2021 she said she was going to have filler from her cupid’s bow removed. It was also reported at the time Arabella had some facial fillers.

After her first time in the villa, Arabella posted about having a BBL. On Instagram she said: “So I’ve had the fat melted in my thighs, now this helps to move the melted fat into my bum making it look curvier.”

Mitch Taylor

When Mitch was in the 2023 villa, some old pictures of him went viral and they’re too good not to share once again. The oldest picture showed Mitch in a Man U shirt, with a very different, longer hairstyle. “Mitch with the Justin Bieber hair is killing me,” one person said in the comments. Another added: “Mitch pls 😂😂”.

Liberty Poole

When she was in the 2021 villa, someone claiming to have gone to school with Liberty posted a video on TikTok with pictures from their prom at school together in 2016. To be honest, Liberty doesn’t look all that different, but she has said she gets regular lip filler.

Jake Cornish

Since being on Love Island 2021, Jake Cornish has had a hair transplant and looks completely different from before. He had the procedure at KSL Clinic, after saying he’d been suffering from a receding hairline. This has now been filled out completely, so his hairline is straight and full. “If you want it, just go and get it done,” he said. “Who cares what people think. It’s my hair.”
