Here’s exactly what happened with Ouzy and the girl he met in a hotel behind Kady’s back

This week it’s been reported that Love Island 2023 couple Kady McDermott and Ouzy See have split. It was later claimed Ouzy had spent two nights in a London hotel with another girl behind Kady’s back, and Kady had ended things when she found this out.

The Tab has spoken to a verified source close to the story, and has found out exactly what is claimed to have happened between Ouzy and Alicia, the girl he spent the two days with. They allege Ouzy was very much behaving as though he was single, and initiated the meet up with Alicia, messaging her when he returned from the Love Island villa.

Speaking to The Tab, a source said Ouzy and Alicia have known each other for over a year, after meeting at an event ran by some friends of hers. Speaking of when they first met, they said: “He was there with his sisters and some friends and he approached Alicia to speak and ask for her number. He said he was single and was at an age now where he wanted to settle down, have a long term relationship, and said he wanted to take her out.”

Alicia then found out through friends Ouzy was seeing someone, so nothing came of things then. The source then said Alicia and Ouzy started talking again earlier this year, when he was single, and had been messaging. They met up in Marbella in May, and continued to message when they returned to the UK.

“Ouzy wanted them to get drinks together the next time he came to London,” the source told The Tab. “Up until a week before he went in the villa he was in touch with her.”

It’s been claimed Ouzy and Alicia “bumped into each other” in London last week, and when she asked him about Love Island he said “nothing was going on” between himself and Kady, and said they “weren’t seeing each other” and were just friends.

“She feels like she stupidly believed him, so spent the two nights in London with him,” they told The Tab. Ouzy was apparently staying at affordable luxury hotel the Z-Hotel, and asked Alicia to meet him there. The source said they were being openly affectionate with one another, holding hands and having drinks, and Ouzy didn’t seem to care when a fan of Love Island came and asked him for a photo whilst Alicia was sat with him.

“She asked him if he was single or whether he was actually dating Kady, he said he wasn’t,” they told The Tab. “They didn’t speak about it anymore after that. They were being super affectionate even in front of people – holding hands, he was putting his arm around her, hugging her. Even back at the hotel on Sunday night they sat in the lobby having drinks together and a fan recognised him and asked for a photo – he didn’t care he had been seen with another girl by someone.”

The source claimed Kady reached out to Alicia after all this happened and had come out in the news, and said none of it was her fault and hoped she wasn’t getting any hate from people online. “Alicia said Kady couldn’t have been sweeter to her,” they said.

They also said Ouzy has been in contact with Alicia since all of this has happened, and asked her how people knew about them. They said Alicia has ghosted him, because she feels he “doesn’t deserve a response.”

The Tab has reached out to Ouzy’s management but is yet to receive a reply, but Ouzy has previously admitted it was his “actions” that were behind the split. “Just wanted to say what’s happened with me and Kady has nothing to do with her or any false rumours that have been flying about, it’s because of my actions that things have ended not Kady’s,” he said. “I have apologised to her already, she’s an amazing girl with an amazing family and doesn’t deserve any negative messages.”
