The Islanders are making millions in sponsorship deals and other reality TV stars seem to never be off our screens. It’s no wonder they are quick becoming millionaires. And this reality TV rich list shows just that – who in the TV world is making the biggest bucks.

Fabulous Magazine has created an official reality TV rich list for 2019, ranking 30 celebs that all came from a reality background by their net worth.

The rules are: The list contains British celebrities who found fame on a reality TV show in the last 10 years. The net worth has been calculated by things such as book deals, TV contracts, Instagram collaborations and salaries paid. Family wealth is not included and values are an estimation based on the analysis from Fabulous Magazine.

Here is the official reality TV rich list:

30. Kem Cetinay – £1.5 million

Kem won Love Island in 2017 with Amber Davies so that’s £25k straight in the bank. Since then he’s done loads. He’s had two TV shows with Chris Hughes – Chris and Kem: Straight Outta Love Island and You vs Chris and Kem, presented on Good Morning Britain and he was paid £100k to go on Dancing on Ice.

That’s without mentioning all the countless sponsorship deals, adverts and Instagram collabs he’s done. Plus, he’s the director of a new restaurant – who knew?!

29. Amber Davies – £1.9 million

Just scooping her Love Island partner, Amber Davies is at position 29. Since winning Love Island Amber has gone back to her musical theatre roots, appearing in Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5 The Musical.

She’s also had a £500k sponsorship deal with Motel Rocks, has done modelling and can make up to £10k per Instagram post.

28. Dani Dyer – £2.4 million

Love Island 2018 winner Dani Dyer has made some serious money since the villa. She’s had a six-figure deal with Mark Hill hair, a £750k deal with In The Style and her own eyelash range.

Plus she’s had a whole bunch of other TV appearances and Instagram collaborations.

27. Nadiya Hussain – £2.75 million

If you thought going on Bake Off won’t make you rich, you’re wrong. 2015 winner Nadiya has since had her own homeware collection, presented on the BBC and published multiple books.

Nadiya is also a brand ambassador for Swarovski and has a stage show coming up.

26. Charlotte Crosby – £2.9 million

Charlotte Crosby has been on what seems like every reality TV show in the UK. Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach, Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating are just a few.

In the past few years she’s had deals with In The Style, has released fitness DVDs, her own cosmetics lines and published books. She has also recently moved in with her boyfriend Josh Ritchie and is renting out the mansion she was living in before.

25. Vicky Pattison – £2.95 million

Vicky comes in just one place higher than her Geordie Shore co-star. Vicky has made loads of TV appearances including Coach Trip, I’m a Celeb and presenting on This Morning.

She’s also done lots of Instagram collaborations, sponsorships deals and is planning to launch her own fitness subscription website in the new year.

24. Megan McKenna – £3 million

Megan first appeared on Ex on the Beach then Celebrity Big Brother and The Only Way Is Essex. Since then she’s been on loads of other TV shows and launched her career as a country singer.

She’s released an album, a cosmetics range and a book. She’s also in the lineup for the new celebrity version of the X Factor.

23. Amy Childs – £3.1 million

Amy also appeared on TOWIE. She now owns nine companies. NINE!! She also has her own range of pushchairs, is the face of a weight loss plan and is working on a fitness app.

Oh, and she’s invested £2.5 million in property. Ok then?!

22. Chloe Khan – £3.4 million

Who knew that getting rejected from X Factor could make someone so much money? It seems like even though Simon Cowell rejected her, Chloe is pretty sought after.

Chloe reportedly makes most of her money through adult entertainment including stripping on her OnlyFans account and X-rated modelling.

21. Lucy Mecklenburgh – £3.5 million

Lucy started out on TOWIE. Since then she’s opened her own fashion boutique and has launched a career in fitness. She launched her programme, Results with Lucy, in 2013 and it turned over £1 million in the first year – without any marketing.

Lucy has also done modelling, Instagram collaborations and has an impressive £1.5 million property portfolio.

20. Gemma Collins – £3.7 million

Just in the top 20 it’s meme queen, the GC. She started out on TOWIE and has a whole string of paid reality TV appearances since. These include £100k for Dancing on Ice, £100k for Celebrity Big Brother and £200k for Celebs Go Dating.

She’s also had her own TV show, book and clothing range.

19. Billie Shepherd – £4 million

Billie started out on TOWIE with her sister, Sam Faiers. As well as this she has earned £350k from being in the last three series of The Mummy Diaries on ITVBe.

She owns her own boutique, was the face of In The Style in 2015 and is always on magazine covers. She’s also doubled the price of her Essex home from £1.5 million when she bought it, to £3 million now.

18. Olivia and Alex Bowen – £4.4 million

Olivia and Alex are the epitome of Love Island goals. The pair didn’t even win the 2016 series, but have stayed together since and got married last year.

Between them, they are making some serious £££. Olivia has done countless Instagram collabs, taken on brand ambassador positions, modelled and launched her own swimwear range and clothing collections.

The pair also have their own swimwear and clothing company, Exempt Society. It’s expected to turn over around £950k. They also sold the rights to their wedding for £25k. TV channel TLC covered the build up to the big day on the show “Alex And Olivia Said Yes” and they are also doing a £150k series called “Olivia And Alex: Happily Ever After”.

They’re a force.

17. Gaz Beadle – £4.6 million

Gary is famous for appearing in Geordie Shore. Since his time on the show he has built up a property portfolio and owns several houses up north. He earns a lot of money through Instagram spon-con and he co-owns the fashion range 11 Degrees, which is worth £1.7 million. He also jointly owns Pure Beach Club in Zante.

16. James Arthur – £5 million

James won the X Factor in 2012 and straight away signed a £1 million recording contract with Syco music. However he was dropped in 2013 after using homophobic language in a diss track.

But he has still made millions from gigs, around £3 million it’s estimated.

15. Tommy Mallet £5.2 million

Some of the TOWIE stars are filthy rich and Tommy Mallet is one of them. He launched his own footwear company in 2015. His range is stocked in more than 140 stores and his designs apparently outsell Michael Kors. Wow.

14. Rylan Clark-Neal – £5.4 million

You can’t deny it, Rylan did well on X Factor because he wasn’t very good. But everyone loved him and now he’s cashing in on it. He hosts a number of TV shows now including Supermarket Sweep, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, Celebrity Big Brother, This Morning and has been on GoggleBox. Yeah he’s doing ok.

13. Joey Essex – £6.3 million

When you think of reality TV you think of Joey Essex. So it’s no wonder he features pretty highly on the reality TV rich list. After being on TOWIE, he’s done pretty much everything. A fragrance, hair products, an autobiography, brand endorsements, PAs and a ridiculous amount of TV appearances are just some of the ways he’s made millions.

12. Ollie Locke – £7 million

Ollie first appeared on Made in Chelsea in 2011. Since then he’s taken over the world of reality TV, appearing on shows such as Celebrity Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating.

He was a co-founder of dating app Chappy – which aims to help gay men find partners. Ollie sold his part of the company for £1 million last year. He also has some property in his name.

11. Samantha Faiers – £8.85 million

Sam is worth a fair bit more than her sister Billie. Since TOWIE she’s become a businesswoman in her own right. She owns her own companies, has launched a baby clothing range and has had her own TV shows.

She has also had an advertising deal with Pampers, launched her own fragrance, eyelash range, furniture range and her own pushchair and baby range.

10. Mark Wright – £9.1 million

The first entry in the top 10 of the reality TV rich list is TOWIE’s Mark Wright. He’s done so much since the show, you’d be forgiven for forgetting that’s where he’s from.

He’s done TV presenting in the US and UK and has been presenting on Heart FM for five years. He also owns his own modelling agency and does modelling himself for brands such as Littlewoods and Matalan.

9. Spencer Matthews – £11.3 million

Spencer is a Made in Chelsea legend but he quit the show back in 2015. Since then he’s launched his own diamond jewellery business and has some property to his name.

He also makes hundreds of thousands from TV appearances such as Five Star Hotel, The Jump, The Bachelor and Celebrity Masterchef. He also invests his money in companies and has his own TV show with his wife, Vogue Williams.

8. Olly Murs – £18.5 million

Olly Murs has sold millions of records – and made millions of pounds from it. He came second on the X Factor in 2009, but do you see the winner Joe McElderry on this list? Spoiler: He’s not. Olly won.

Not only has Olly smashed the charts, he’s also tried his hand at TV presenting on the X Factor and last year he launched a menswear collection for River Island.

7. Susan Boyle – £27 million

SuBo is worth 27 MILLION POUNDS. Let that sink in for a moment. She is one of the best things to have come out of Britain’s Got Talent.

After being signed to Syco, Susan’s first album I Dreamed A Dream became the UK’s fastest-selling debut ever and she had another seven albums after that.

6. Zayn Malik – £35.2 million

Here we go, some serious reality TV megastars – the 1D boys. Their wealth doesn’t even need explaining. They are literally one the best selling music acts of all time.

Zayn also went solo for a while and has launched fragrances and modelled. Stick his face on anything and it’s worth millions.

5. Louis Tomlinson – £44 million

Alongside being in 1D, Louis had a solo career and was paid £4 million to be a judge on last year’s X Factor.

Apparently Louis and his band mates make £15,000 a day from ongoing 1D record and merchandise sales. Woah.

4. Little Mix – £45 million

Little Mix is made up of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. The band is worth tens of millions.

They are one of the best selling girl bands of all time, with countless hit singles, sold out tours, their own fragrances, dolls, games, accessories and endorsement deals. Just like 1D, if Little Mix advertise something it’s worth millions.

3. Niall Horan – £49 million

After One Direction, Niall signed a £4 million solo record deal. The following year he made an estimated £8.8 million from an 81-date world tour.

He’s written another album due to be released soon and he has co-founded a golf management agency.

2. Liam Payne – £54.3 million

According to Fabulous Magazine, back in 2015 1D turned over £73 million with profits of more than £45m – which is a huge £123k a day. So it’s no wonder the boys are rich af.

Liam has also had a solo career which included the soundtrack for Fifty Shades Freed. He launched a fashion collection with Hugo Boss earlier this year, a deal said to be worth millions.

1. Harry Styles – £58 million

The top spot in the reality TV rich list goes to Harry Styles. His bank balance is pretty enviable. He’s made tens of millions from 1D, his solo career, fashion projects and acting.
