Man dubbed Pedro Pascal’s ‘boyfriend’ speaks out; reveals truth of *those* shirtless yacht pics

For the last week, people have been discussing awe-inspiring yacht pictures of Pedro Pascal and male model Christian Hogue. Naturally, “Pedro Pascal boyfriend” has been trending ever since.

Pedro Pascal’s sexuality has been a hot topic since way back in 2014, when his fame rose to new heights as bisexual king Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones.

A vocal supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, with emphasis on the T, Pedro has long been an advocate for all things queer. At the same time, and paired with his lack of care for traditional masculine values, people have pondered his sexuality. Gay? Bisexual? Straight? He’s been very tight-lipped about his dating life.

“I think it’s all a spectrum, right?” he said in 2017.

There have even been a few alleged romances with men, with the most famous undoubtedly being Rafael Olarra. Earlier this year, they were photographed packing on the PDA in public, with Pedro biting the creative director’s shoulder playfully. Still, nothing was confirmed or denied.

The latest stop on the actor’s mysterious dating life was seemingly male model Christian Hogue – but there’s a lot of misinformation out there.

Last week, pictures flooded the internet that showed Pedro Pascal and Christian Hogue hanging out on a yacht in Mallorca, Spain. Both of the men were looking predictably gorg, but the internet quickly developed a handcannon of its own: They’re dating.

Things only grew crazier on Twitter when some people claimed that Christian is an escort that Pedro had hired. How they came to this conclusion is besides me, but it’s simply not true.

In fact, they weren’t the only celebs on that yacht. In pictures published by TMZ, it became clear that Jessica Sklar, Jason Bateman, and Judd Apatow were also there. Earlier that week, Pedro had also spent time with Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox on a superyacht.

But they could be hanging out with friends and STILL dating, I hear you argue, but again, it’s just not true.

In an Instagram comment, Christian said: “I really don’t need to explain myself here but I am going to. Many of you are spinning this into something it’s not and it’s just sad.

“I am not gay nor am I for hire. I have been welcomed to this boat as a friend for many years. So it’s a damn shame to see how quickly everyone jumps to this conclusion When it couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

So no, Pedro does not have a boyfriend that we know of. Sorry internet.
