JoJo Siwa reveals secret CBB bedroom scenes with Chris Hughes that didn’t air

It turns out there was a lot more to the relationship between JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes on CBB that we didn’t see. On the show we watched them form a very close bond, which they have since described as a “soulmate friendship”. 

This week, everyone has been talking about their bond. The conversation has been fuelled by JoJo breaking up with her partner, and then appearing on This Morning with Chris Hughes. Whilst it’s been claimed the split had nothing to do with her new “soulmate”, a body language expert said JoJo appears “besotted” with Chris.

Since the show, JoJo has opened up about some bedtime scenes with Chris that didn’t make it to the final Celebrity Big Brother episodes. These might give some extra context about how close they got. Viewers did see them cuddling in bed, and in one scene Chris tickled her back and they giggled together. They also exchanged a secret “four letter” message, written on their hands. But, JoJo has revealed there was more.

JoJo told The Useless Hotline Podcast: “Those first few days it was fun to chitchat  and so I don’t remember exactly the word or words or whatever that I wrote. I will give you a little bit of insight though. I wrote a lot on his hand that night there was a lot more that came out over hand text that night it was not the four letters.

“I think that’s a lot of people have asked me like ‘but you wrote four letters, what were they, what do you mean?’ And I was like ‘no no no babe’. Like we were scribbling, I was scribbling that makes sense.”

At the time, JoJo was told off by Big Brother for trying to send secret messages. When asked in the Diary Room what their messages had said, JoJo replied: “It’s something that I’m not ready necessarily to be open about or upfront about but it has to do with gender and how I feel.”

She added: “Let’s put it this way. Oh my god, this is a lot. Essentially, you have female, you have male. I’ve met a lot of females and love them but don’t feel like I’m them. Met a lot of males, love them but definitely not them.

“I’ve met a lot of people in my life that are non-binary and these beautiful non-binary people are who I feel the most like. It’s not something that I want to say about myself yet but it’s something that is confusing. So, that’s probably why we were talking about it last night.”
