‘She’s a psycho’: MAFS producer hits back at Morena’s claims she received a ‘bad edit’

A former MAFS Australia producer has slammed Morena Farina’s claim she recieved a bad edit during her abysmal marriage to Tony Mojanovski in season 12. Morena and Tony were the eldest couple on MAFS Australia, so I thought they would be the most mature – boy was I wrong.

They seemed to get off to a flying start, but once alone, cracks immediately began to show as Morena seemingly overpowered Tony’s chill vibes. Since leaving the experiment, Morena has taken every chance to slam the show. She’s blamed the edit, claimed she was held against her will, and even ditched the reunion.

“Fool me once, not twice. No, I declined. They said to me, ‘You’ve got an obligation.’ I have no obligations. I’m done,” she told Yahoo.

“On my remote, I’ve gotta actually put a cover on number nine. I’m done. I will never watch you. I don’t care what you put on there. Change your ethics, change your values. I understand you’ve got a show to do, and I used to say to them, ‘Do your job,’ but there’s a line.”

But despite her blustering and claiming that producers Frankenbited some of her most controversial moments, former MAFS producer Alexandria Funnell has said Morena’s edit wasn’t bad, she is!

Alexandria Funnell is a former MAFS producer who has since been spilling industry secrets on her TikTok account. She’s addressed a few notable moments from the season: Ryan and Jacqui’s drama, Jake’s racist photo ranking, and what happens after the final vows are exchanged.

“I’m a former MAFS producer, and I can tell you that Morena is getting this edit because she’s a psycho,” she said in a post that has since been viewed 1.5 million times.

“It’s not because she’s been taken out of context or because Tony is secretly married. It’s because she is like this. She can come out swinging and arguing all she wants, but I can promise you this will be an accurate reflection of what she is like as a person.”

Alexandria continued to explain that Morena genuinely doesn’t understand that her scenes are “intense”, hence excuses like “I don’t get all the hate” and “I was so misconstrued.”

“No, you don’t. This isn’t acceptable,” Alexandria added.

Of course, Morena has now ditched the experiment, and we won’t be seeing her again unless she signs up for another reality TV dating show. Stranger MAFS moments have happened, so watch this space.
