Toad dodges jail after filming his friend slapping a sleeping girl with his penis

He laughed as he showed his mates the video

The 21-year-old who filmed his friend slapping a girl in the face with his flaccid penis as she lay sleeping has been spared jail.

The judge handed estate agent Sam Hobley – who made the video to “fit in” – a nine months suspended sentence.

His mate John Luke Dale had earlier been jailed, but Hobley – who also groped the sleeping girl’s vagina – escaped prison.

He had to be helped to the dock as he shook and murmured: ‘I’m too scared.”

Hobley, filmed criminology student John Luke Dale drunkenly slapping the sleeping girl with his limp penis.

Hobley then filmed himself groping her vagina and laughed as he showed his friends.

But the idiotic prank backfired when management at Hobley’s work found out about the video and telephoned police.

He will now be placed on the sex offender’s register for ten years.

Trent finalist Dale was jailed in September for nine months for sexual assault.

His lawyers appealed, claiming the sentence was too harsh, but top judges rejected their case.

He has delayed his return to Nottingham Trent University.

The victim, who cannot be identified and did not know either of the men, only found about the footage when police visited her on earlier this year.

At the previous trial, she told the court she feels violated and was worried that the video may still be out there.

She said: “It makes me think that it could still be out there in someone’s possession and that anyone could have it.

“Knowing that it could exist petrifies me.”

Hobley claims he has suffered from anxiety and is said to have been suicidal in the months leading up to the trial. He destroyed the footage weeks after.

At one point during sentencing he had the be handed a bin because he thought he would be sick.

A clinical psychologist told the court that Hobley feared rejection from his friends and that he was just trying to fit in.

She also stated that due to his severe anxiety disorder a custodial sentence would make him a “high risk”.

Joan Butler QC sentenced Hobley to nine months in prison however the sentence has been suspended for two years.
