Students OUTRAGED after Local Council BANS QUADVODS from being sold in Sobar

Our beloved student club, Sobar, has been banned by local authorities from selling quadvods, the standard drink of choice in Sobar and Jesters.

The Wessex Scene reported last night that our beloved student club, Sobar, has been banned by local authorities from selling quadvods, the standard drink of choice in Sobar and Jesters.

This move is no doubt one by the local council to cut down on students drinking and ruin our fun. Apparently it has also been because of the number of fights occurring.

There is already a Facebook group set up with over 1000 members mourning the loss.

One student commented, “Quodvods are the pinnacle of our student society – it’s an absolute travesty they’ve been banned.”

Sobar has even stopped students asking for two doubles and a pint glass.

Another said, “We have to fight these authorities – they think it’ll stop us getting more drunk. Nope – it’ll just make us queue longer. Thanks A LOT.”

Reports are suggesting that Jesters is safe – and the quadvods are there to stay for the time being.
