Lost Saturdays at the Lemmy are BACK!

We just hope the drinks are still as cheap…

The home to Lost Saturdays, Lemon Grove, is finally reopening after being closed for two years, and as much as we love to hate on it, campus hasn’t been the same without it.

The news was announced today via an Instagram post that shared Lost Saturdays are returning on September 17th, just in time for Freshers’ Week, with tickets being released on Thursday 18th August at 5pm.

Over two years ago on 17th March 2020, Lemon Grove announced via Facebook that it was closed “for the foreseeable future.” The venue then reopened to host Covid testing.

This wasn’t the first hiatus for the Lemmy, as back in 2018 it also closed for a few months.

Having hosted student nights on campus for a quarter of a century, once serving 3 VKs for £6 and double-ups for £1, the Lemmy was a huge part of Exeter student life and we’re ready for its big return.

If you need a memory refresh, here’s a few reasons why Saturday nights at the Lemmy were so great.
