Tab Xmas Party

To celebrate the end of term, The Tab will be hosting a good old fashioned knees up at Academy this Thursday to get everyone in the festive spirit. 

We will be having a festive drinks challenge and filming advent calendar eating competitions. You don’t want to miss out on this.

One third year couldn’t contain his excitement. “I was very happy with my performance in the recent DURFC naked calendar, I’m planning to drink like a local and take it from there”.

We have the return of the critically-acclaimed one pound jaeger bombs after they were used to such devastating effect in the Hundred Beers War. Guaranteed to turn more heads than The Exorcist, there will be some lovely ladies handing out free shots from 1am. It wouldn’t be Christmas without a few presents so we will be giving away santa hats throughout the night.

On the decks will be Oli Carloni, who has has supported the likes of Steve Angello, Cedric Gervais, Third Party and Qulinez at some of the biggest events in the country. He’ll team up with Tom Armstrong, a rising Northeast Dj who has stroked the vinyls at some of the best Northeast venues including Tall Trees, Inside Out and Bijoux. The duo will be combing their unique styles to create the ultimate electric atmosphere.

There will also be a Tab film crew charging around with various Christmas challenges to capture your misdemeanours and misendeavours so when you’re getting ready make sure you fish out your form straight from the top drawer.

It promises to be a cracking night. The Tab isn’t taking any profit from the night, we just want to pay all of our lovely readers back for an amazing winter term.
