Get excited, Glam is getting a multi-million pound refurb
It is now called Story
Glam has been shut for months but The Cardiff Tab can now reveal that it has been undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment. The new club is called Story and will open on 13th September.
Under the name Glam, the club was host to The Fest on Monday nights as well as Mayfair Sessions on Saturday. In April 2017, The Fest announced it was leaving Glam but it never re-opened at a different venue. Glam also hosted some great rooftop parties which never failed to disappoint.
A spokesman for Story told The Cardiff Tab: "Story is the next chapter in Cardiff nightlife, promising to be the home of the Capital’s best weekly and one off events."
Story will run across four floors and their events will cover everything from rooftop parties to drum 'n' bass, house & techno raves as well as the "biggest student events in the capital".
Story said: "The refurb will offer heavy investment in state of the art lighting and sound to make it a full immersive clubbing experience".
Story have also started hiring so if you're worried about running low on your loan, apply now and get an early view of the venue.
