Omg, a body language expert has gone IN on Jack and Tori from MAFS Australia

A body language expert has analysed the Married at First Sight Australia couples, and he particularly went in on MAFS bride and groom Jack and Tori who have caused so much drama on the series so far, with viewers shocked they’re staying together in the experiment.

Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, body language expert Scott Taylor told his opinion on the couples. He’s a security and risk professional who previously trained with the FBI behaviour unit, so he knows what he’s talking about!

On Jack and Tori, Scott said their body language has made him convinced the two are faking their MAFS relationship for the cameras. “When they’re getting questioned about the relationship or the longevity of the relationship, there’s lots of deceptive indicators.” “[Tori] shows lip compression, [meaning] discomfort and withholding information, and both Tori and Jack have ring fidgeting and regular self-touching, which is a self-pacifying gesture.”

Scott said a red flag came when the two were distanced in a car journey together. “It’s called distal touching and that’s a sign that they’re doing it for show,” he explains. “It’s not close contact. [Even] when they’re sitting on the lounge [at the cocktail party], there [has been] less touching. It’s because of that it’s not genuine affection.” Distal touching is apparently what couples do to subconsciously touch those we barely like. I shouldn’t laugh, but omg.

According to Scott, Tori is going to continue turning a blind eye to Jack’s behaviour. “Then she’ll get more of a voice just to try and rally some public support for when she gets out. So that’s why I think they’re fake, and that’s how I think the relationship’s trajectory will go,” he says.

Uh oh.
