Yasmin updates us on her wholesome relationship with Jamie beyond the Love Island villa

I was absolutely obsessed with Yasmin and Jamie’s relationship on Love Island. Their whole black cat / golden retriever dynamic played out like a grumpy/sunshine romance in a Wattpad fanfiction. Rest assured, Yasmin and Jamie from Love Island are still together. Yasmin has let us know exactly how their relationship is going beyond the villa.

Yasmin and Jamie decided to go exclusive ahead of the Love Island final. However, they’re not rushing to move in together like some Love Island couples *cough* Meg and Dejon *cough*.

“We feel really bonded,” Yasmin told Fabulous, “there’s no rush or pressure. Things are going in the right direction, but he knows I find it hard to talk about my feelings.

“I’ve been going through grief, and Jamie will just sit there when I cry on him. He’s such a sweet man, showing up for me and checking in and doing nice things.”

Yasmin’s cat Miaow Miaow sadly died while she was in the Love Island villa. She only found out after filming the final.

Yasmin also revealed that she and Jamie haven’t, ahem, done the deed. “I’ve taken a lot of time to process my emotions, so Jamie and I haven’t been intimate yet. He’s so patient. He’s never rushed that, because he knows it will happen at the right time.”

Jamie and Yasmin seem to have been spending lots of time together since the dinner. They went to the Love Island reunion party together in London.
