All the Love Island 2025 cast who spent thousands on cosmetic surgery before the villa

One boy spent over £10k

It might not be a huge shock, but loads of the Love Island 2025 cast members had surgery and cosmetic work before the villa. The new Islanders spent huge amounts of money on tweakments before going on the show.

Lots of the latest cast members had fillers, whilst others had hair transplants, veeners and other treatments done. Here’s a rundown of all the Love Island 2025 cast members who spent big bucks on cosmetic surgery and work before the villa.

Harry

Harry spent big, BIG money before Love Island. He first had a hair transplant. Harry had the work done with EstePera Hair Clinic, which calls itself the “best hair transplant clinic in Turkey”. According to the website of the clinic, the average cost for what Harry had done is around £5,600. That’s inclusive of the treatment, and all the extras such as the hotel stay etc that Harry got.

Also, from the looks of him in old pictures compared to now, Harry may have had composite veneers. These can cost around £350 per tooth, or a full set can cost around £5,000.

Meg

Meg had a few procedures before Love Island 2025. She visited a clinic in Southampton, where she’s from, and had Russian lip filler and a full set of lashes. Russian lip filler can cost around £350 a go.

Dr Rosh on TikTok has queues of Islander clients. And the latest he’s posted with is 2025 Islander, Harrison. He had some under eye filler, ahead of going into the villa. Tear trough filler with Dr Rosh costs from a starting point of £395.

Helena

Helena had a huge transformation before Love Island 2025. In resurfaced photos, she looks like a totally different person. And some of that is down to work she had done before the villa.

People have been speculating if Helena has had some lip filler since the photos were taken, and a post on her Instagram has confirmed this. In 2021, Helena checked into a clinic and it posted some before and after photos of her filler. She was called a “regular client.” She also had brow lamination.

Helena also looks to have maybe had composite veneers, which can cost around £350 per tooth. A full set can cost around £5,000.

Ben

As well as Harry, Ben also had a hair transplant before Love Island. He went to 360 Hair Clinic in Brighton. The clinic has shared lots of clips of Ben getting work done, and said he is a “long term client”.

Ben appears to have opted to have his treatment done in the UK, which at 360 Hair Clinic starts from £2,499. This package includes up to 3000 hair grafts, post-op medication, pre and post op support and a surgery guarantee.

Sophie spent a whopping £1k on surgery, just to be in the villa for a single day. In a series of TikTok videos, Sophie can be seen visiting CurrentBody Skin The Clinic, in Manchester.

She started with dissolving some existing filler she already had, and then had some dermal lip filler done. Sophie had a package worth upwards of £300-£400 for the new filler, and removal can cost around £400.

Ahead of the villa, Sophie then went on to have a “detailed skin analysis” to see what condition her skin was in, based on things such as sun exposure and previous treatments. Then, the last thing she can be seen having done is a hydrafacial, with prices for this starting from £220.
