Before and after: Ben had a £2,500 hair transplant ahead of Love Island 2025

Ben Holbrough from Love Island 2025 documented having a hair transplant before the villa. He had the work done last year, but the clinic where he had it done has posted lots about his journey, now he’s on the TV.

He went to 360 Hair Clinic in Brighton. The clinic has been sharing lots of clips of Ben getting work done, and said he is a “long term client”. After he was announced as part of Love Island, it said: “Ben’s hair transplant journey was facilitated by us at 360 Hair Clinic, supported by our ongoing treatment plans and 360 Optimum Hair products to maintain thickness, strength, and natural-looking results.

“We’re so proud to have been part of his journey and can’t wait to watch him shine (with great hair, of course) on national TV.” It added Ben has “got the crown for best hair in the villa”.

According to its website, 360 Hair Clinic “prides ourselves on offering the most effective treatments to combat hair loss and thinning. As part of his post-transplant care plan, Ben had some additional low level laser therapy. This is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-intensity laser light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing. It can also reduce inflammation around where the transplant was had. There is no cost for this listed on the clinic website, but it can cost around £150.

Ben isn’t the only one to have had work done ahead of Love Island 2025. Sophie spent a huge £1,000 on cosmetic work, for just one day in the villa.
