A rundown of every Love Island cast member who’s had a hair transplant, and their huge costs

It’s not just the boys!

Are we in a Love Island hair transplant era? In the last few weeks there have been videos of Ouzy going viral, and people found that both Harry and Ben from the 2025 series had work done before the show.

Well, I’ve done some digging, and it would seem this is nothing new. Islanders have been getting their hairlines tweaked for years, and their results are incredible.

Here’s a rundown of all the Love Island cast members who have had a hair transplant, before or after their time in the villa.

Ouzy See

Ouzy was in the 2023 villa, and since then had a hair transplant. In a video shared from when he had it done, in 2024, Ouzy said: “Just here for my hair transplant. My name’s Ouzy, I’m from the United Kingdom. Today is my third day. Day one, you come in and you get your blood taken. Day two, it’s the day of the transplant. And day three, you get your bandages taken off and cleaned up.”

According to the Elithair website, treatment like this starts from £2,850. This includes the transplant, and a hotel stay whilst it all takes place.

Harry Cooksley

Footballer Harry is the first of two Love Island 2025 cast members who had a hair transplant before the villa. He had his done six years ago, but since he’s been in the villa clips from a video the clinic posted have been going viral.

Harry had the work done with EstePera Hair Clinic, which calls itself the “best hair transplant clinic in Turkey”. According to the website of the clinic, the average cost for what Harry had done is around £5,600. That’s inclusive of the treatment, and all the extras such as the hotel stay etc that Harry got.

Ben from the most recent Love Island series also had a hair transplant before the villa. He went to 360 Hair Clinic in Brighton.

The clinic has shared lots of clips of Ben getting work done, and said he is a “long term client”. After he was announced as part of Love Island, it said: “Ben’s hair transplant journey was facilitated by us at 360 Hair Clinic, supported by our ongoing treatment plans and 360 Optimum Hair products to maintain thickness, strength, and natural-looking results. We’re so proud to have been part of his journey and can’t wait to watch him shine (with great hair, of course) on national TV.”

Ben appears to have opted to have his treatment done in the UK, which at 360 Hair Clinic starts from £2,499. This package includes up to 3000 hair grafts, post-op medication, pre and post op support and a surgery guarantee.

It’s not just boys! Rosie was on Love Island 2018, and two years later had a hair transplant. “With my hair loss concerns, I tried different shampoos, I went online, and people were saying, this could make my hair grow and nothing ever seemed to work. So, I thought I’d come to a specialist such as KSL Clinic and I’m really glad I did,” she shared at the time.

A hair transplant with KSL costs between £2,500 and £6,995 depending on the size, area and the type of procedure.

Jake Cornish

Jake Cornish from Love Island 2021 and All Stars is living a completely different life now. The results of a hair transplant are just a small part of this.

He had been suffering from a receding hairline, which he’s now had filled out completely, so his hairline is straight and full. “If you want it, just go and get it done,” he said. “Who cares what people think. It’s my hair.”

Connor Durman

Winter Islander Connor visited a clinic in Turkey to get his work done. “I’ve been conscious of my hairline for a while, finally to the plunge and went for it,” he said at the time.  According to reports, the pricing at Now Hair Time, where Connor visited, is around £4,000.

Jack Fincham

Love Island 2018 winner is another KSL happy customer. He explained he had an “accident” which left him with a scar on his head and thinning hair around it, so he had the work done. “Not had a hairline like this since I was a kid,” he said after the treatment.

Alex Beatie

Alex was famously the “apparent quiet one” from Love Island series three. In 2017, he shared he’d had a hair transplant after being bullied about his forehead. He said after visiting KSL: “It wasn’t really a sudden decision. There have only been two things that I’ve ever felt insecure about in my life, and that was when I was really skinny in school and the height of my forehead.”

Dom Lever

In 2019, Dom Lever revealed he had a hair transplant to restore his receding hairline. He is best known for being on the 2017 series of the show, and is now married with children with Jessica, who he left with.

After his work, Dom said: “I’m over the moon with the results. I don’t think it’s something you should be ashamed to talk about anymore, there so many procedures out there you can get done. If you want it done, just do it!” He also had his with KSL, where transplants cost between £2,500 and £6,995.
