Um, Sam Thompson has actually been ‘growing close’ to TWO reality stars recently?!

Today it was reported Sam Thompson has been “growing close” to Love Island All Stars cast member Samie Elishi, following his split from Zara McDermott. But wind back just a few weeks, and reports were saying he was “growing close” to a Netflix reality star. So which one is it?!

At the start of the year, it was revealed Sam and Zara had broken up after five years together. More recently, it’s been confirmed Zara has moved on with One Direction singer, Louis Tomlinson.

Sam also seems to have been keeping busy. Today, it was reported he’d been “flirty messaging” Love Islander Samie, after they followed each other on Instagram.

A source said: “Sam found the split and its public fall-out very hard but Samie has put a smile back on his face. She is a stunning girl and he’s told a few pals about her. He seems excited.” The source added: “Obviously it’s early days, but clearly he has a thing for Love Islanders!”.

But now I’m confused. Rewind to the start of the month (yes, literally just weeks ago), and there were other news reports emerging. The reality TV world is shaking. According to MailOnline, Sam has also “grown close” to Too Hot To Handle star Lucy Syed.

The publication has claimed Sam was spotted with Lucy at new Chelsea nightclub The Rex Rooms last month, and according to sources, they have spent time together “on more than one occasion.” It was specified that they’re “not dating” but have “enjoyed each other’s company”.

A friend said: “Sam and Lucy were sharing direct messages over Instagram before they decided to meet up at a pub and then continue their night at The Rex Rooms. They looked really close in the club, chatting and cuddling up together.

“But their closeness continued after they spent the night partying together and the pair’s connection has certainly put a smile back on Sam’s face. Sam is enjoying being single again and dipping his toe back into the dating pool.”

Sam hasn’t commented on either romance rumours. So for now, they’re only gossip. I need answers!
