Jacqui shares real reason she was crying at Beth and Teejay’s wedding on MAFS Australia

Beth and Teejay’s wedding on MAFS Australia was definitely action-packed… but not really because of anything they did. Everyone started arguing at the reception, and Jacqui burst into tears. Now, Jacqui has thoroughly explained why she was crying at Beth and Teejay’s MAFs wedding, and outlined what thoughts were going through her head at the time.

She said in a TikTok: “I was broken. I didn’t want to be there. I wanted to leave, and I kept being told I had to stay and sit next to him [Ryan].”

Jacqui seems to have found the atmosphere at the wedding overwhelming. “I was getting yelled at, I was getting interrupted. No-one would let me speak every time I’d speak.”

She claimed Rhi kept “snapping” at her and “gaslighting [Jacqui] about a text that never happened.” For context, a row broke out about how Rhi claimed Jacqui texted Jeff and asked to discuss her relationship with Ryan. Some MAFS cast members were surprised at this, as they didn’t think Jacqui and Jeff knew each other very well.

Jacqui has also posted photos of all her text messages to Jeff, so we could see the exact texts everyone was arguing about. Rhi has denied deliberately meddling in Jacqui and Ryan’s relationship, and claimed the whole issue got “blown up a little bit bigger than it really needed to be”.

She also claimed she was crying at the wedding because of Ryan’s behaviour. She continued: “And then I had Ryan calling me ‘disgusting’. I had him lying about what had happened that morning. He was saying I did this terrible thing of writing a ‘rap sheet’ and sticking it on the wall and calling him all these names, when in reality I sat down to speak to him about the behaviour I wasn’t tolerating and I didn’t like. It was literally a letter. It was not anything to be ashamed of.

“I’m proud I wrote that letter,” she added, “because he wouldn’t let me speak, he would interrupt me, and that was the only way I could sit him down and tell him how I was feeling, because he would constantly dismiss me and shut me down. He was the deflector king. He was the shut-down king.”

Jacqui has also made public the full “rap sheet” letter in which she listed everything she felt Ryan had done wrong in their relationship so far.

Ryan has repeatedly denied Jacqui’s claims about their time together on MAFS Australia. On his new Instagram, he has called her “a liar” and “deranged”.
